Stuart Energy Europe NV, located in Oevel (Westerlo), is part of the Canadian company Hydrogenics.
We develop, produce and commercialise revolutionary hydrogen systems and related products producing and storing on-site hydrogen for high quality, zero-emission fuel, power and industrial applications.
We have a great opportunity for a ICT Engineer
Your function:
* You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related problems or inquiries within Belgian and German offices. (MS-based server & client environment, networking issues, proprietary applications, telecommunications.
* You will be responsible for recording, analysis, prioritization, escalation, tracking, resolution and follow-up of all first and second level calls.
* You will analyze and identify problems and provide solutions
* You will support the current network set-up
* You will interact between the different IT departments & users worldwide.
* You are responsible for the purchase and repair of hardware & software.
* You document the problems and changes and create manuals.
Your profile:
* Profound knowledge of windows-based office and server applications is a must.
* Knowledge of Visual Basic and Oracle is a plus.
* Good communication skills, verbal and written. Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Team-player with ability to act independently with good social skills.
* Pro-active
* Working experience of minimum 2 years
