Hello guys,

I'm rather new to Belgium and I don't speak Dutch (and only a bit of French), so I was wondering where you normally buy PC parts from? Which shops?
I would have normally went with Amazon, but I want to take advantage of ASUS's Cashback promotion on motherboards and CPU's, which offers 90€ cashback if I buy the parts in Belgium.
Thank you for the help!

Alternate is very popular. I bought the parts for my setup there.

Thank you for the suggestions guys.
I am going to buy everything else from German websites or Amazon, but for these two parts it ends up being cheaper if I buy them in Belgium because of the buyback promotion. Nevertheless, what I read in the Terms and Conditions is that the purchase has to be made in the country where you are claiming the cashback, therefore shops in Germany and France do not qualify, even if they deliver to Belgium.
Alternate is a good solution indeed. How about Tones.be? I see they are 20€ cheaper than Alternate for a Z270E+i5 7600K. Are they reliable?

Tones is great as well. A real Belgian store :p (my inner chauvinist awakes :D)
It' focus is mainly on gaming, therefor the offer is usually smaller and most of it pretty high end. It's a great and very reliably store though. Would recommend!

Back with a small update:

I bought the MB and CPU from Tones.be. The delivery was fast and the products were fine as well, although the MB had been previously opened (which I didn't really appreciate). Nevertheless everything worked fine so thumbs up to them!
I also bought an AIO CPU cooler from Alternate.be and things were not as nice. On the website it was stated that the product will be delivered within 2 working days, but after placing the order I received a message saying the product is not in stock. A week and half later I finally received the package, but the cooler (NZXT X62) doesn't work properly - the LEDs don't light up.

Simply call or mail them. Their customer service is usually top-notch, but it has to be said you always have exceptions in such an extensive store with multiple people doing the same job.

I just spoke to them and indeed they were very nice and helpful.

The only down side to Alternate compared to Amazon, for example, is that you have to stay without the product and the money until they diagnose it.
On Amazon you can tell them the product is faulty and they will just send you a new one. From that moment you have 30 days to send the faulty one back, which in this case would have meant I could have continued to use the cooler (since the LED problem is only esthetic) until the new one arrived and then send the faulty one back.
With Alternate I have to send it back (2 working days by post), wait for them to log it in (1-2 working days), diagnose it (God know how long this will take), and then either issue a refund or send a replacement (2-3 working days for the new one to arrive). Given that in this case they don't even have it in stock at the moment, I might be without a cooler and without my money for at least 2-3 weeks (or longer).

Not cool.

Yep Belgian web shops are not that advanced yet :D.
Perhaps you could drive to their retail shop and have them look at it to speed up the process?

Yeap, I thought about doing that. I will wait a few more day for a reply from NZXT support. I am hoping (never thought I would hope for this) that it's something I'm doing wrong and I don't have to change it.
