lang geleden dat ik hier nog eens gepost heb, oude e-mail bestaat al nietmeer
Ik heb een klachtenmail gestuurd naar de feedback mail van hun en zal de situatie hier copy-pasten, mijn vraag is eigenlijk, kan ik hier iets aan doen? Ze lijken te weigien om het geld terug te storten.

I am writing this because I've been fed up with lackluster customer service and my patience is running out.
I ordered a blu ray box set of The wire on the fifteenth of june, 2015. Ordernumber 54624971.
Today on the twenty-sixth of august I am no where nearer my already payed for product.
There have been a whole range of messages, me asking nicely where my product was and a wall of generated auto messages leading nowhere and not providing with helpful advice from customer service.
I waited patiently for the amount of days Zavvi said it might still be delivered but no succes.
I fail to comprehend why Zavvi can just send it supposedly and then have no responsability whatsoever about wether it reaches the costumer or not.
No one in this house, on this street has recieved my order. Yet I'm being held responsible for having to proof something which is impossible. How can I know where my package has landed, shouldn't Zavvi provide me with details of where my parcel has been, who signed off, and ultimately who lost it.
I've been as patient as i can but it's been very hard with no help at all from the people whose job it is to help customer with problems.

Completed is very much mistaken as the standerd message with no help is the only correspondence i'm getting.
EDIT: heb ook al een formulier ingevuld waarbij ik moest tekeken dat ik eventueel wou meewerken aan een onderzoek al dan niet met politie over waar het pakket zich bevind.
