Ik heb me net een headset gekocht van BigBen de PHS20.
Ik heb deze trachten installeren maar dit lukte me niet zo goed.. Ik heb hiervoor gemaild naar bigben voor support maar kreeg geen reactie, hopelijk kunnen jullie me helpen het probleem op te lossen.. Ik zal even de mail kopieren welke ik gestuurd heb zodanig dat jullie het probleem kennen:

I just bought me a new headset which is the PHS20 Bigben. I installed it on my ps3 like I readed in your delayed instructionsbook..
When I test the sound and the microphone in the audioconfiguration on my ps3 it works without a problem but from the moment I close this menu I got almost no sound anymore.
When I'm gaming I hear a realy quiet noise in my speakers but its not loud enough to understand something, Its like i just hear something on the background of my speaekers.
How is this possible. I just paid it in the store for 70euro's..
Please support me with this weird problem.
