Archief - Complete sistem for sale

I am selling my recently built PC. I put it toghether in November and I don't have time to use it. Here are the specifications:

- 8700K
- Asus Z370-E with WiFi
- Be quiet! Dark Rock 3
- 16 GB 3000 MHZ G-SKILL Trident RGB
- GTX1080 Palit Super JetStream 2038mhz+
- Samsung 500GB EVO SSD
- Fractal design Meshify C with 3 additional Phanteks 140mm fans
- Seasonic Focus+ Platinum 550W modular

Every component comes under warranty with it's original box. The CPU has been delided and applied Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut and it's overclocked to 5ghz, 1.3v. The sistem is capable of running any game at highest settings while remaining silent and cool.

The price is 2200 Euros. I am willing to add the monitor, an Acer XB25Q, 240hz G-Sync and the Corsair K55 and let it go for a total of 2750 Euros.

I quickly looked up the new prices of these parts on Tweakers.net (mostly azerty or alternate.be) and got the following:

- 8700K 390
- Asus Z370-E with WiFi* 240

- GTX1080 Palit Super JetStream 2038mhz+ 750
- Samsung 500GB EVO SSD 150

- Seasonic Focus+ Platinum 550W modular 110

Total: 2025 euros

So isn't 2200 then a bit too much? I'm currently in the market to buy an 8xxx or 7xxx pc so definitely interested. Here on 9lives typically a pc goes between 60% to 80% of current new price (but of course you are free to set your own price)

I am willing to let it go for 2100 euros. The reason why I am asking a bit more is because the CPU has been dellided and it belongs to a good batch. It does 5ghz with only 1.3 volts. If you would buy one of these from silicon lottery it would cost 500+ that includes the deliding process. Caseking prices are even higher.

You are right about those percentages but I believe they apply to older system while this one is new. I believe 2100 is a fair price considering the market today.

well, you put together your pc in November 2017. So it's not new. I get your point regarding the CPU, but that alone doesn't convince me to pay such a hefty premium price compared to regular 2nd hand prices.

Ok, fair point but buying the exact same components today will not offer you anything better.
Nonetheless, how much are you willing to offer? I want to be reasonable and willing to negotiate.

70% of new price would be a standard bid (1400 euros) but given the exceptional cpu I m willing to go bit higher.

I am sorry, that is too low. I can't afford to lose that much. My lowest offer would have been 1900. Might as well keep it than sell it for less.

no problem. I can't go higher but somebody will for sure overbid me if it's worth more. Otherwise you can indeed better keep it, I think that 8700k is quite future proof :-D
