and you can splice some spells on the copy's on the copy's of those cards.
With the bounce and dampen thought you can see what he has in his deck, and so remove it.

Or you win by decking him with cranial/dampen thought, or he has nothing in play and you swing with your sage owl and solemn simulacrum


Still have to check what lands though.

bouncen werkt niet zo goed, gezien je tegenstander normaal na 'n tijdje genoeg land heeft om meerdere crits per beurt terug te spelen. Ik zou een paar hideous laughters overwegen om deze weg te vegen, koop je je normaal wel 'n paar beurten mee.

doesn't work too many intensive sometimes and especially too slow. What if they kill your scepter or mirror. What if you dont draw them....

also puke on the truth, use boomerang, then you can bounce lands also

counterspell on isochron scepter and then the card that says a player can only play one spell each turn

echoing truth is imo beter als boomerang zenne. zeker in een tweekleurendeck.

i would use hinder as a hard counter
and kaijin of the vanishing truth isn't veru usefull either. You might go for Ninja of the Deep Hours, Thieving Magpie or Meloku, the Clouded Mirror. I would also strongly consider Dreams Grip, a very good card with Isochron Scepter.
You might also wanna change the sage owls for Spiketail Hatchling.
You also need some kind of card drawing. I would advice Thirst for Knowledge, since you can discard an artifact; but make sure you run enough artifacts.
Splash for black for extraction is fine, but you can also run imprintable creature removal like terror, devour in shadow or lose hope.

De persoon die dit topic begon woont blijkbaar in Diepenbeek. Dus die zal wel nederlands spreken zeker (denk ik). Allé ik hoop het, anders moet ik dit straks nog allemaal vertalen .

Persoonlijk vind ik wit/blauw een betere combinatie voor een control deck, zeker als je isochron scepter gebruikt.

Een paar goeie kaarten om te imprinten zijn volgens mij:
- Orim's Chant
- Boomerang
- Accumulated Knowledge (gebruik Intuition om 2 andere Accumulated Knowledges in je graveyard te dumpen, dan kun je elke beurt 3 extra kaarten trekken)
- Life Burst (je kan hier opnieuw Intuition gebruiken)

Het is natuurlijk niet omdat ik wit/blauw verkies dat jij dat ook moet doen hé. Zwart/blauw gaat even goed. Over het algemeen zou ik ook Boomerang verkiezen, als je veel tegen decks speelt die tokens generaten neem je wel best Echoing Truth imo. Zwarte control is niet echt mijn ding, dus daar kan ik niet veel over kwijt. Diabolic Edict en hymn to Tourach kunnen handig zijn. Dark Ritual + Hypnotic Specter is ook leuk, maar dat past wel niet echt in het thema van uw deck denk ik.

truth hoset token generators, truth kan 2 voor 1 traden.
en landen bouncen is meestal niet het eerste wat een control deck wil doen. tenzij misschien om boseiju ofzo. feit is dat echoing truth veel flexibeler is.

en trouwens het beste om te imprinten op een scepter is fire/ice
