ok, dit is niets nieuws, maar ik sta wel nog altijd versteld van wat een service ge daar krijgt. ik moet het oude item nog eens niet terugzenden, ze zenden zonder boe of bah een nieuw en het oude mag ik houden (hun voorstel: donate item to charity). granted, ik ben daar al 4 jaar klant en heb al voor meer dan 1000€ gekocht via hun, maar toch.. me = pleasantly surprised!
