Just effe informen voor diegene die interesse zouden hebben om te gaan speccen naar ESWC te Frankrijk binnenkort, we hebben ondertussen 10 mensen gevonden die met ons meegaan, maar we zoeken nog 2 mensen die willen meegaan.
't is wel nogal in short notice, dus moet atm wel snel gaan, details werden gepost op www.bcsb.be :
Since the staff of bcsb is going to support the belgian delegation on ESWC, we offer you to come along with us to one of the biggest gaming events in the world in the beautiful environment of the Futuroscope Park .
The hotel we are in is the "Hotel Du Parc", which is 15 minutes away from the event location, 15 minutes of the city of Poitiers, so you'll be able to visit the city, do some sightseeing on the sunny days and go out in the evening.
Keep in mind the hotel only offers breakfast in the morning, so we'll have to be creative with our food, probably we will buy sandwiches etc. in the center of Poitiers to keep the costs down a bit
This is the shedule of the trip :
Monday 5th of july :
22:30 - Brussels : Departure with a EuroLines coach to poitiers
Tuesay 6th of july :
7:15 - Arrival in poitiers
Travelling to the hotel + checking + breakfast
Noon : begin of the event
Sunday 11th of July :
Ceremony till 21:30
Cool parteh !
Monday 12th of July :
Packing our bags and check out the hotel
19:45 - Departure with the bus to Brussels
We will depart in Brussels North ( near the station ), but we'll meet up a bit earlier.
Costs :
Lodging : 5 day pass + extra day + insurance : 120 EUR
Bus : 94 EUR
Total : 214 EUR
Note: the expenses may rise a bit for the reservation fees, we'll keep you informed of them
IMPORTANT : we had contact with the hotel, we should have paid 6th of june, but we managed to move it a bit forward, so we want your confirmation BEFORE TUESDAY 8TH of June , then the list will be final.
