On the top of the picture you have the PCI card.
Below you can see the LED bars for the output, and the leds for SMTP and MIDI activity
On the back side
The power connector (internal transfo -> VERY IMPORTANT)
The 4 midi in and outputs
More to the right -> 4 analog in's and 8 analog outs
On the side of the analog connections you have the optical in and out, and the SMTP in and out
You als have a BNC connector for worldclock, the connection for the PCI card and a normal digital I/O
