The first edition of a new concept.
MODUS will focus on the broader range of electronic music. Young, upcoming talents combined with established values and a keen ear for everything that is special, diverse and promising.
MODUS nights are about creating an intimate, danceable setting with good people and positive vibes. Therefore we currently host this concept from the cosy venue 'Stockholm S.', a location that makes all of this possible and powered by a Void soundsystem. Visitors' expectations will sometimes be fulfilled in an unexpected, yet always effective manner.
Music that makes you groove, no matter where you are.

๏ LEMAKUHLAR -Live- (We Play House/Panoramabar)
Lemakuhlar are two friends locked into music. There are no rules, there is only intuition and love for all things musical. Both live and as DJs they succeed in being both experimental and direct, perfectly balancing groove, darkness and light. Their sound is very distinct, in which live elements can sound like they were programmed, and programmed sounds can sound like they are played live. Their secret is musicality and an eye and ear for details, making a Lemakuhlar groove something that is unique and instantly recognisable. A rarity in nowadays glut of sample-packed run of the mill dance music. A thing to cherish, get down to, make love to… on repeat.

๏ SUPREEMS (feelmybicep)
Live from Antwerp. Started making his own soundwaves last year, and soon got support from some big shots in the scene. Feel My Bicep recently asked him to do a mix for their blog, and charted 'Do You Love' on their house selection for 22tracks London. Will Saul also mentioned Supreems in his top five favourite emerging artists. Exciting times ahead, as he just signed to Jacques Renault's new vinyl-only label 'Goodnight Moon'.

Laurens is amongst Gerrie303 & Eklektiker, organiser of the Feiern parties which take (night)life back to the essentials, quality house & techno on a banging sound system. In the last few years he became one of the most prominent deejays of the moment, resulting in regular gigs for some of the most respected clubs and concepts all over the country including Fuse, Opus, Sound Architecture, Lucid, Sunday Matinee, Cafe d’Anvers, Kissinger and many more.

๏ OMBRA (Polymagie)
Ombra is partly responsible for one of the most cosy and original concepts last year. Polymagie was a pop up party in an old cheese store. And we can safely say that Saturday afternoons never felt so warm. Currently studying audio on a higher level and packed with a fine selection of music going from ambient to underground house music, Ombra is the perfect choice to set off the night.
