Dus ik heb hier een 3G stick van Vodafone (model K3715).
Ik wil dus Mobile Vikings gebruiken met deze stick op mijn netbook en volg de volgende stappen (bron):
1. Install the drivers and software on your dongle.
This will install drivers for your device.
2. Disconnect your dongle
3. Uninstall the software that was just installed.
4. Download the application “Mobile Partner”
5. Install Mobile Partner
6. Connect your dongle and enter your PIN when prompted
7. The program will now search for a network and should find it, together with a network strength indicator and the network type (Edge, HSDPA+,…)
8. Click “tools”, then select “options”. Choose “profile management” and select “new”.
Name it “Mobile Vikings” and choose “static APN”.
Set the APN settings: apn = web.be username = web password = web
Access number should be *99#
Authentication protocol settings should be “PAP”
Click “Save”, then click “OK”
9. Select Mobile Vikings from the dropdown menu and click connect. Everything should work now!
Ik zit dus vast bij stap 6: als ik dus mijn 3G stick insteek (met kaartje van MV) en Mobile Partner open dan krijg ik niet de melding voor PIN in te geven maar melding dat er geen apparaat is gevonden..
Stick: Huawei K3715
Systeem: Windows 7 x64 Home Premium
Verbonden via een USB 2.0 poort (heb alle USB poorten reeds getest).
