Ze werken vooral B2B dus een portfolio is door de 'nda-nature' hiervan niet echt te vinden op de officiële website. Ze werken voor grote klanten en neem het van me aan daar zijn heel interessante projecten bij waar kennis en creativiteit zeker geapprecieerd worden. Vintage Productions is a communication agency with great international ties, situated in Antwerp. We develop integrated, boundary-crossing communication tools for our clients.
Description
Our 3D/Visualisation team is looking for an experienced 3D Artist. He/she will be creating visuals for various media (web, CD-ROM, DVD, print, mobile devices, etc.) that effectively communicate the client’s strategy with creative distinction. This often involves understanding and using technical (product) information, targeted at a business-to-business market. Next to his/her talents in 3D modelling/animation, the 3D Artist also needs to know the basics of graphic design and composition. You work within a team and interact with various departments.
Responsibilities
• Create, texture and render high-res 3D models of our client’s products for visualisation purposes (using Modo, LightWave 3D, Fprime, Inventor, Polytrans, Photoshop).
• Make distinctive 3D product animations aimed at a large audience.
• Edit and compose 3D and 2D graphics with audio (using Adobe After Effects).
Your profile
• Experience in 3D modelling/texturing/lighting/rendering/animation, preferably in Modo or LightWave 3D.
• A good understanding of compositions, effects, layers, masks, typo… in Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in working with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• A solid grasp of form, structure, composition, colour and light in both 2D and 3D art.
• A graphic feeling for typo and layout in all kinds of compositions (2D, 3D, photography, animation).
• Fluency in English (word and writing).
• Ability to communicate effectively and pragmatically.
• Drive to research any subject, even if it is not of personal interest.
• Flexibility to respond to immediate or unexpected needs.
• Ambitious.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and with other departments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
• Knowledge of Mac OS X and/or Windows, e-mail and Internet.
