Dag allemal,
At the start I need to apologize for writing here in english, but my dutch is still so pure that I don't want to make a mess and the case is kind a complicated
I work with arbeider fixed contract in my company for about 7 years now.
From nextr month my boss will start ' economische werkloosheid ' in the way : one week of work, one week off. So 2 weeks of work and 2 weeks off paid by government.
Only information I got from my lazy manager is that I should fill the form he gave me and go to RJV for some more information.
As far as I know I will receive full regular payment for 2 weeks of work from my company, and for 2 weeks I will be paid 65% by RVA.
Does anyone had this situation and could tell me,how it looks in real life?
The main questions are :
1.If my company will pay me only for 2 weeks monthly - will I also pay less income tax? For example : if you usually earn 2200e bruto can you expect that your boss will pay you now only 1100e bruto and basically you will pay almost nothing of income tax ( because of low bruto income)?
2. 65% of the money I will receive from the RVA - will it be 65% of my regular bruto or netto salary? How to calculate this in my example regular 2200e salary?
3. Can you send the monthly documents ( I received som form to fill in every month with the days I worked or not) to RVA via website or I need to go to them every time?
Many thanks for help
