I'm writing you on the plane to Tampa, where I'll be doing a big Q&A session on the VCC main stage on Sunday. Come say hi if you're in the area. Next week, I'll be in Paris at Vapevent speaking on a panel.
There's a lot to talk about...
It's been hard to watch as the situation worsens for smokers trying to quit in California, Indiana, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, and countries all over the world.
We see your comments on social media, wondering when we'll be announcing more dates.
We are listening.
All I can say is this. We're working our butt off to get this film to the whole world and there are a couple groups in Hollywood that have the opportunity to make that happen. We are (patiently) waiting on them.
That's why I've been asking for all the help with likes/shares to make noise. We need to show that this topic matters, that people care about the film. Thank you for the help.
You're a big part of this movement.

My next email will hopefully be our biggest announcement yet.
In the meantime, we are preparing promo packs for interested groups. Jesse is working on posters, stickers, flyers and all sorts of things (email him if you're interested).
I want your face on the new mosaic we'll be using everywhere.
If you're interested, here's how you do it:
1) Understand that your face will be used in promotional materials. You will not be paid for that. You will not have control over how your picture is used. It may be all over the world, forever, in whatever manner we need it. You are giving Attention Era Media (producer of A Billion Lives) all rights to use the picture.
2) If you agree to that, reply to my email with your picture attached. It must be square. It must be your face (unless it's an #ABillionLives tattoo). No branding. Just your face. Please name the file with your full name.
3) We can only take the first 7500 photos. Please include in your email if you A) Did something crazy like get #ABillionLives tattooed on your body or B) Switched your profile picture on social media to #ABillionLives graphics or C) Shared our teaser.
You will be given priority.
You made our face yours, we'll make your face ours.
One last thing. A bunch of people requested shirts, hats, hoodies, etc. They are now available. We won't be getting anymore beanies after they're gone, so if you want one...now's the time.
