Hello,
The status of my requested payment has changed to "Payment Sent". But I did not receive the money on my alertpay account.
It is about the payment I requested on February 3, 2008.
Can you please explain to me why I didn't receive the payment?

Payments above $1000 are subject to extra verification as stated in the TOS 6.1 .
When the base audits are done, for the amounts smaller than $1000, your cashout goes straight into the payment queue, amounts above $1000 should show "pending additional verification", BUT the script is not showing this. It shows only the text "payment sent".
Everybody with a "payment sent" for an amount above $1000 should have got (in the past) and will get (in the near future) an e-mail from our Payment Staff (before it was from Dave) asking each of those members to upload to our secured server area some documents (picture ID of any kind and recent utility bill).
These documents will be ONLY needed from the people who get that e-mail. If the username is not in the list, the documents will get destroyed upon receiving them.
All other documents, after being matched with the criteria they need to be matched to, will be electronically destroyed AND deleted using special software.
Please, if you have "payment sent" but you haven't received the money on your card/or AlertPay, don't panic. It means it needs another stage of verification and then the money will be coming to you.
Thes first cases (as they were the first ones) have taken a considerable amount of time to be processed due to reasons beyond our control, including the DDoS attacks, alertpay and some internal changes in the Payment Department.
Right now we are working in developing the best way possible to deliver the payments fast, so that Members do not have to wait extra months to get the money after it shows "payment sent".
We hope this clears some doubts and assure you that we are taking care to find out the best way possible to make this process work like a good oiled engine.
