My dear friends and relatives all over the world,
Many many thanks for your deep concerns on the whole incident.
I send out lots of love from here to all of you.
However, I am very sorry, personally, I am getting sick and tired of
some of the WESTERN press, who are trying to panic people.
They want only sensation, because something good(!), they never broadcast.
Very mean, and nasty.
I bet their papers and magazines are selling very well.
They want to make it look sensational for themselves.
They interviewed Dirk the other day, but he said "Calm down!" so they
didn't broadcast it. (though one newspaper carried it on p.7. They are
doing the right thing!)
Instead they broadcast those who were in panic like small children...
Some of the American press wrote as if the entire Japan would sink
tomorrow. (there is actually a SF novel like that here.)
I have never seen any - not a single -Japanese in panic so far.
What kind of mass-histeria, unreasonable phobia(?), allergic reaction,
childish and selfish attitude is that? Around me, there is no Japanese
who wants to save only himself/herself by leaving the rest of us behind.
My kids went to work. I am just back from work. Someone has to go and
work to turn the economy here; someone has to earn bread for the rest of
the society to support each other; otherwise the entire country will get
stuck.
Calm down guys!
