Als het goed beschadigd is wegens slecht verpakken kan ik daar 100% zeker in volgen. Ging het echter niet om iets dat kwijtgeraakt is? 
Ik heb ooit een grote bestelling gedaan via eBay (1 liter speciale haargel vanuit de States) en die kwam aan met enkele beschadigingen door ondermaatse verpakking. Hier is de mailcorrespondentie met de verkoper, om te tonen hoe het ook kan:

The two pump units of hair gel arrived in very good time (only 6 days to Europe, that's great), but I'm sad to say that due to sub-standard packaging (10-12 little foam balls are not adequate protection), one of them got badly damaged (a massive crack) and quite a bit of hair gel has leaked from both units.
I hope we can solve this problem in a civilized manner instead of me just instantly leaving you negative feedback.
My apologies for not packaging them better, usps can handle very poorly sometimes. But yes, I can either fund your account $10 or I can give you free on another order and I'll give you a reference number. Thank you for your patience, please respond.

I'll take the $10 partial refund thank you. It's quite damaged but it's still usable if I patch it up a bit.
