Danny McBride is coming back to HBO with a brand new show. The pay cable network has ordered 18 episodes of Vice Principals, a new comedy starring McBride as a high school administrator. The show was co-created by McBride and his Eastbound & Down partner-in-crime Jody Hill, and it follows "a high school and the people who almost run it, the vice principals."

New Netflix Sci-Fi Drama From Andy and Lana Wachowski

Nearly a year after Netflix greenlit 10 episodes of Matrix auteurs Andy and Lana Wachowski’s Sense8, we finally have the 411 on the series.

The sci-fi drama will focus on eight people scattered around the globe who are connected by a shared — violent — vision. (Because it’s never a vision of kittens, is it?) Each episode — shot in the UK, Seoul, Mumbai, Nairobi, Berlin, Mexico City, San Francisco and Chicago — will follow the characters’ separate stories, even as one entity tries to bring the octet together and another tries to kill them.

The Strain is an upcoming vampire horror television series that is in production at FX. It was created by Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan, based on their novel trilogy of the same name.

A plane lands at John F. Kennedy International Airport with the lights off and doors sealed. Epidemiologist Dr. Ephraim Goodweather (Stoll) and his team are sent to investigate. On board they find two hundred corpses and four survivors. The situation deteriorates when the bodies begin disappearing from morgues. Goodweather and a small group of helpers find themselves battling to protect not only their own loved ones, but the entire city, from an ancient threat to humanity.
