First off, some of these have been mentioned before, however they are spread out on other posts so I'm going to add some things I've seen and others I've experienced.
DO NOT switch clothing in 1.7.2, it will delete the clothing and your entire inventory (not including backpack). eg. Find a Ghillie Suit, put it on, deletes Ghillie and entire inventory. Dropping your items and then attempting to put on the suit will result in loss of the suit but no inventory items.
There are major de-sync errors at the moment, I was playing for 3 hours straight only to log out for 30 minutes and come back to find myself at Elektro when I was at Berezino.
It would appear that some servers are no longer connected to the hive. Normal servers, that in the past have not been private are now saving separate character data. For example, I play on NZ and ANZ servers, I started on an ANZ server and had decent loot, my friend couldn't join to that particular server so we hopped to NZ where it started me as a new character, a quick jump back to ANZ confirmed I was not dead (meaning I was on my previous character with all the loot I had acquired). So just be wary of this.
De-sync errors caused my 'Debug Monitor' to disappear and caused me to become invisible to players and zombies. Though exiting and rejoining brought it back (I don't think this is specifically tied to 1.7.2, could have been server-side or just my game).
Infinite loading screen. This has been a problem for me however after a while I managed to get in, the pending hotfix is said to adress this problem (if you're stuck on the infamous 'Waiting for character to create' - be patient, it took me up to 10 minutes to get past this screen, and if you have been waiting try disconnecting and rejoining).
I hope you have found this helpful and please understand that although the game can be frustrating and has many bugs it is free and is in its alpha stage. Don't take it for granted, plus the hotfix (which to my knowledge is coming in 2-3 hours) will address some of these problems.
[1.7.2] Hyper-sensitive Zombies
Repro:
Go near any area with zombies, that has buildings.
Obs:
Zombie detection, which was reported to be improved with the latest patch, has become rather erratic and 'costly', for lack of a better term. I was busy sneaking around inside a tower an old abandoned castle (not the Devils Castle) when suddenly two Zombies started trying to eat me through the wall, zombies that I had not previously attracted. As I was watching the ' sound volume' detection meter like a hawk, it never went above no bars, so I find this rather odd. A while later, I was sneaking through the grass (Crouched, while holding down shift) a hopping zombie saw me from 100m, ran at me, stopped 20m short of eating me, and seemingly I was not aggroed anymore, but it was so close that I didn't want to move, so I shot it any way. Very odd this, I find.
Exp:
Zombies not being able to see me (visually) through walls, and thus trying to eat me through said wall, and zombies not being aggroed from large distances away, then suddenly losing aggro a small distance short.

Ik bloed, heb bandages, maar vind dus de knop of actie niet om deze te equippen en gebruiken? Tzelfde met de flashlight. Heb er ene, maar vind dus niet hoe ik deze kan gebruiken.
Is er iets van melee tegen zombies? Heb ook knife en bijl, maar kan er niet mee doen, want slaag er niet in om te equippen...
