Da staat weer als nieuwspost op de WoW website. Daar zijn ze toch allang naar op zoek? Ik vroeg me af: als je een Game Master wil worde, moet je dan in frankrijk wonen en daar in Velizy werken? Zou da een betaalde job zijn met vaste uren, aangezien er een contract is? En ik vind geen officieel IRC channel om dit te vragen. Iemand die weet waar het officiele IRC channel is?
GAME MASTER
Position based in Velizy (France, southwest of Paris )
Reports to: Online Support Services
Countries to work with: Europe
Brands: Blizzard, World of Warcraft.
Coordinates with:
European Support Services Manager
Lead Customer Support
Senior Game Master
MISSION
In-Game Incidents:
Answer community incidents via in-game tools and e-mail
Answer technical incidents or forward them to technical support team
Handle and manage the community:
Solve harassment, insults, and racism issues
Help new players learn the game
Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed about the community
Make a weekly report to the Team leader and centralize the GM's inputs
Handle and centralize bug reports; GMs should identify recurrent bugs and include them in the weekly reporting
YOU
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in your working languages
Previous experience in Online / Web activities
A strong motivation & high level of commitment
Excellent teamwork skills
Fluent in English
Autonomy and rigor are requested skills
Passion for playing MMORPGs
PLUSES
Bachelor's degree is preferred
MMORPG working experience
Knowledge of community tools (IRC, forums, etc…)
Knowledge of other European languages
Permanent work contract
Starting Date: Immediate.
