To expand on the concept of unlocking weapons CoD are adding points. You'll earn money (COD Points) as you play. Contracts are time limited challenges that you purchase with COD Points (CP).
There are three categories -- Mercenaries, Operations, Specialist. Each is attached to certain play styles and in-game achievements.

Game Types

Four brand new game modes - separate from your standard rank progression in multiplayer competitive mode

Sticks and Stones - you're equipped with a Crossbow and Throwing knife.

Gun Game - A series of progressive weapons, from pistol to shotgun to sniper rifle, granted to the player after kills.

Wager Match - you ante up and put your COD Points on the line and wager on matches. The top three players split the pot.

Sharp Shooter - all players start with the same randomly selected weapon, which cycles. So everyone has the same weapon at the same time.




Killstreaks/Carepackages:

• Napalm and SR71 killstreak rewards
• Care packages are back: Death machine, Grim Reaper (mini-gun and grenade launcher), Napalm Strike, Gunship, Mortar Team, RC-XD (RC car), Surface to Air Missile.
• Level unlocks can now be paid for with CoD Points.

Offline training aids:

• The bots are coming: Combat Training they call it... a "complete standalone experience." Get combat training offline with a multiplayer training map replete with bots (AI players).
  
  

Customization:

• Emblem Editor lets you customize your weapon.
• Reticles that come with faces, names and a flame thrower attachment.
• Multiple zoom lengths for snipers. Many CoD4 mods had this one.
• Your character gets a personalized motion sensor and a signal Jammer.
• "This is my gun." Players have a special attachment to their weapons -- so they can place clan tags, decals and more on their weapons.

Misc/other announcements:

• Game recorder: Theater Mode allows you to switch the player between any players perspective -- first or third person -- or free cam to move within a 3D space. In the Theater, videos can be tagged, edited, searched... can add slowmo/speed up.
• Matchmaking algorithm changed so its easier for friends to play with each other.
• Vehicles will be returning and will be different than COD:WaW.
• Shotguns will be primary guns.
• Top Streak will be 11.
• Top rank is 50.
• Killstreaks to not count towards the others.
• People WILL take more to die.
• You can really hear the impact of your shots on enemies in Black Ops. Makes firing through walls at targets perhaps too easy.

• They showed a horse wielding a gun.

Lightweight - Move Faster (Pro)
Scavenger - Pick up ammo from fallen enemies. Replenish lethal grenades. (Pro)
Ghost - Undetectable by the Spy Plane and the Blackbird.
Flak Jacket - Reduces explosive damage.
Hardline - Killstreaks require 1 less kill.


Perk 2
Hardened - Bullets penetrate better.
Scout - Hold breath longer.
Steady Aim - Increased hip-fire accuracy.
Sleight of Hand - Faster reloads.
Warlord - Equip two attachments to your primary weapon.


Perk 3
Marathon - Longer sprint.
Ninja - Silent movement.
Second Chance - Pull out your pistol before dying.
Hacker - Ability to detect enemy equipment and explosives.
Tactical Mask - Reduces the effect of flash and concussion grenades.

Ik hoop maar één ding, en da is dat ze die RC car gaan nerfe, ik bedoel, ge hebt ma 3 kills nodig voor die te krijge. Dus er gaan er heel veel zijn die em gaan gebruike plus ze zijn zo goed als nie kapot te krijge omdat ze zo snel zijn.
