-Systeemeisen;
minimum: 1500 mhz - 386 ram - gf3 / radeon 8500 -
-State-of-the-art graphics
-true 6.1 surround sound
-Superior level design
-Monsters with specific AI paths
-next gen script system
-cinematics
-Dramatic story telling
-n alot more fancy stuff....
mp-"xp quote"
"According to id, the PCs running DOOM 3 multiplayer were 2 GHz machines with GeForce FX cards, and seemed to run smoothly enough considering the amazing level of detail in the game"
With a nice broadband connection, this should be very positive on these specs.
I was also thrown off—though not necessarily in a bad way—by the shadowing in the game. Way more than once, I came trucking around a corner and unloaded a few gallons of lead into the wall trying to take down my own shadow. Obviously, good players will have to learn to be aware of how shadows are cast in certain kinds of lighting (or at certain places in each map) in order to avoid making this mistake. Shadows should be deliciously creepy in the single-player game.
This adds a whole new dimension to Death Match.
The level also featured several "traps," including a laser overlooking a central firing chamber, and machinery that could impale players attempting to grab some tasty weapons purposefully left out as bait.
Who cares about only four player limit with these hazards.
Enjoy your stay...:X
