Here are some tips from my side after playing MP a lot.
The sniper glitch is the best way to rank fast, I will give you some tips on it too.
You can get a total amount off 185.000$ per live in Bomb Da Base II
and you have 5 lives, so that is 925.000$! Time: 1h30 maximum.

When you get to the part where the host can go for the big money, watch this video:

This is a great way to get money even faster and more accurate!
Notes:
- You can skip the part where the other player has to get the heli first.
Just use the helicopter you get in the mission, to drop the other player at the heli.
- You don't even need two heli's, you can just drop the host at the nose of the boat.
- Be sure to get an Uzi of the enemy when you encounter one, for later.
Tips:
General:
- Keep calm, do it slow if it's your first time doing this.
- Don't stop if you don't succeed after one try, just retry.
Once you get the hang of it, it will al go very easy and natural.
- If you don't have time to watch the first video, don't even start Wanted..
Because that will even take longer.
Host:
- Go for headshots all the time, so you can get the most $'s.
- Spare some bullets in the enemy Uzi when you're almost out of ammo.
- When you're out of ammo, go off the boat and kill yourself with a grenade.
Before the explosion, switch to your Uzi again!
Now when you respawn, run to the place you died to get full ammo again.
- If you happen to use all of your Uzi ammo, you can do this:
Get off the boat and kill yourself with a grenade.
Now switch to your knife before the explosion!
When you respawn you will see that you will have full ammo again too.
- Use a helicopter to get back on the boat again, rinse and repeat.
Player:
- Go for headshots all the time, so you can get the most $'s.
- At the top of the boat, stand outside and use the Uzi/AK to kill the enemies.
You will have less chance of dying this way.
And when you ran out of ammo, you can just die and go with the host to the top again.
