Tearaway Unfolded is an expanded retelling of the BAFTA award-winning Tearaway, with an even bigger, more beautiful world to explore. A straight port would be impossible, but we were super keen for Tearaway to make the jump to PS4 and we’re not the kind of folks to let something like the impossible get in our way!
So we started jamming and experimenting, and the result is Tearaway Unfolded – an expanded retelling of the original game, adapted for PS4, and rebuilt from the ground up to use all the unique features of the Dualshock 4, and with a bigger prettier world running at 1080p and targeting 60fps to boot.
Tearaway Unfolded will be a familiar story, but with new ways to play, new places to explore, and a world that looks really rather stunning on PS4!

We are very excited to announce that Tearaway Unfolded will be launching across Europe on 9th September (and 11th September in the UK). Hooray!
Keep your eyes peeled, because we’ll also be releasing a unique Jam-Packed Edition of the game featuring alternate cover art and, most importantly, the Torn Away Pack.
The Torn-Away Pack contains more magnificent papery things to adorn your messenger with. This pack includes a shining Gold Stamp to be proudly worn on the headband of your messenger as well as an exclusive God of War costume to wear as you battle your way through Scraps and other enemies. You’ll also get the Sackboy and Baby Wendigo papercraft plans to make, five super sweet custom decorations from WWS PlayStation titles God of War, Infamous, The Last of Us and Killzone, and last, but by very no means least, the spectacular Pig Crown (as seen in the Vita version).
