You guys of NCSoft used to be honest and fair in your way of dealing with customers. I thought great of your customer support back in the days, with Guild Wars and Lineage 2. At least, that's what i thought. But this, this tops everything. I have never been ignored so blatantly, while posing a valid question. And I have played a lot of MMORPGS. I have sent you email after email, detailing the problems I had, and you don't even bother to reply. It has been ONE MONTH. 09/2010 I sent you my last e-mail, in which I told you my account got hacked (because of your lousy security, seriously, i got hacked TWICE in one month, lost everything too.) The gear I spent months trying to obtain, the hundreds of thousands of kinah I painstakingly collected. I lost it all, and you're not doing a damn thing to recover it. At least in real life thieves get caught and punished, here you're setting an awesome standard! But no, not only does my hacker get away with it, I'm the one being ignored/I'm the one who can't play anymore. The only reason I'm still playing aion (and if you won't reply to this email, even that reason won't stop me anymore) is because my friend bought me some crappy gear so I could at least try and get my money back. Since, obviously, you're not doing ànything about it. I demand that I get reimbursed for your lack of a decent customer support service, the long wait, the fact that I got hacked in the first place, losing all my gear/kinah/EVERYTHING. The least you could do is give me my possessions back. If I don't get a reply now, and it damn well better be a good one, I'm not spending another penny on NCSoft. I'm sick of checking my inbox everyday, waiting for a reply. I wanted to settle this in a civil manner, but clearly sending nice, polite emails doesn't get me anywhere with you people. Frankly, I'm more pissed off about your lack of a reply, than being hacked in the first place. Which is a feat, let me tell you.

En eigenlijk moet ge niets betalen, gewoon een creditcard toevoegen als ge uw key ingeeft, en dan erna gewoon er terug afhalen voor ze het geld er afhalen.
ge moet dus gewoon een betalingsmethode opgeven (en in het geval van een gamecard moet ge die dus al kopen) maar de effectieve billing gebeurt pas na de eerste gratis maand in het geval van een kredietkaart.
