The reason is software design bug: it works only in countries in which the decimal is separated with point (.) and not with comma (,). The software pop's up error message " ',' is not a valid integer" and does not start. So, this can be solved: Change "Decimal symbol" in language settings, from "," to ".". Sorry for any of your inconvenience
