als ik een filmpje via internet wil bekijken, dan gebeurt er niets met het beeld, ik hoor wel alles, als ik dan op stop duw, en vervolgens op play komt dit , er is een onbekende fout opgetreden, dan kan ik kiezen tussen, sluiten en via hulp vragen via web. als ik dan op dat laatste klik, krijg ik dit te zien
