Aha, ik zou verwachten dat hij telkens hij een li vindt, hij opnieuw controleert of die li een ul bevat en dan pas naar die a's gaat zoeken. Niet dus. Bedankt voor de info!

Het enige probleem dat je nu nog hebt, is dat het menu telkens terug dicht gaat als je op een nieuwe pagina komt. Ik heb er een cookie tussen gegooid zodat de 'state' onthouden wordt en dus dezelfde state weergegeven wordt bij het tonen van een nieuwe pagina.

Vervang vorige stukje door:
