Voor het eerst in 15 jaar een gloednieuwe Mana.

Visions of Mana will return to the series action RPG roots and take players on a new adventure with protagonist Val, a soul guard assigned to protect his childhood friend, who has been chosen by the Faerie as the Alm of Fire to travel to the Tree of Mana and rejuvenate the mana flow.

Since the series’ debut in 1991 as Final Fantasy Adventure, a spin-off of the Final Fantasy series, Mana games have immersed players in bright vibrant worlds, breathtaking environments, heartwarming characters and high fantasy storylines across many genres and platforms. Fans of the series can expect new designs of the series’ beloved creatures from Mana series Illustrator Airi Yoshioka and a new captivating musical score composed by Mana series composers Hiroki Kikuta, Tsuyoshi Sekito and Ryo Yamazaki.

Na de trials of mana remake recent gespeeld te hebben heb ik zeker zin om deze ook te spelen

Kijk ik ook wel naar uit. Hopelijk wel beter dan de remakes van Secret of Mana en Trials of Mana - al was de Secrets-remake wel beter dan de Trials-remaster.

Precies nog geen concrete releasedate voor.

Demo gespeeld. Beetje standaard action RPG in JRPG stijl, niet slecht maar uit de demo kon ik voorlopig niets merken dat er een must-buy van maakt.

Ja idd. Zeer generisch, niets speciaal. Characters spreken ook niet echt aan.

Ik vind de demo wel prima.
Heb pas vrij recent een andere Mana game gespeeld en de open wereld in deze nieuwe titel is toch veel beter uitgewerkt.
Het is wel een JRPG in de typische stijl alleszins. Ik zet het wel op mijn wishlist als het eens in promotie staat of als ik echt zin heb in een JRPG avontuur ( hoewel Trails Through Daybreak hogere prioriteit heeft )

Triestig hoe deze kak publisher te werk gaat.
