In short:
Last time (295), Orochimaru managed to pin down Naruto.
The Kusanagi didn't seem to have hurt Naruto. He just takes it in his hands a throws it away to Orochimaru's big suprise and damaging the remaining of the bridge. Yamato, Sakura and Kabuto have to get out of the way. Kabuto says something concerning Sasuke that upsets Sakura and she runs in tears towards Kyuubi/Naruto saying she'll save Sasuke. (サスケ君は私たすけだしてみせる！? When Sakura is close to Kyuubi, he hits her with appearantly one of his tails. In the meanwhile Sai is observing Orochimaru, who's throwing up himself again out of the long snake neck version, still laughing. Sakura is healing her wound.
Yamato managed to immobilize Kyuubi using a a jutsu (Yabai ?) and stops Kabuto, advancing towards the wounded Sakura as well.
While Kyuubi is breaking out, Kabuto disappears and Yamato uses another technique on Kyuuubi (Kakuon Nitten Suishiyu), touching Kyuubi's chest with his hand and retreating immediately, being connected to him by some kind of rope (chakra rope ? ). Yamato tries to turn Naruto back to normal.
Meanwhile, Sai showed himself in front of Orochimaru, with a big smile on his face.

Short summary:
Sai is talking to Orochimaru about Danzou. Orochimaru doesn't really care: "フン" (Pffff...) and turns his back to Sai. When Sai, being surprised and at that moment Orochimaru stabs him with the Kusanagi.
That's when Orochimaru realises he just killed a clone (ink clone?).
Sai comes out of the ground, and then want to take something out of his backpack. Kabuto sees that and attacks Sai from behind, immobilizing him onto the ground. Sai's stuff is scattered over the ground, including the letter he wanted to take, which landed in front of Orochimaru's feet. He picks it up and reads it.
In the meanwhile, Yamato is done with returning Naruto to his normal state again. He's unconscious and wounded (looks like the chakra burned his skin). Yamato stays with Sakura, who's healing Naruto.
When Naruto is conscious and healthy again, the comical note ... he get's punched by Sakura for what he just said
Back to Orochimaru, Kabuto and Sai, Orochimaru is reading the letter. Kabuto lets Sai stand up again.
Yamato's clone saw (and heard) everything and it's just as he thought.

Again, this looks like an interesting development. My theory that Naruto would be wounded, unconscious and not realizing what happened and Sakura healing him proved to be right \(^_^)/
I'll wait for a translation to see if I'm right about the rest. Probably not very much.
