The AGCC mentioned that there will be another delay and the hearing is set to continue at 16:15 GMT.
13:55 GMT - Q&A with FTP
The AGCC have apparently asked FTP lawyers to answer a total of 9 questions. They have 15 minutes to do so, but further delays are expected.
12:51 GMT - Private hearing over, lunch break
The 1.5 hour private meeting between FTP lawyer Martin Heslop and AGCC representatives is now over. There is a lunch break now and the decision from Alderney lawyers should be announced at 14:00 GMT.
11:37 GMT - FTP lawyer in talks with AGCC
Full Tilt Poker lawyer Martin Heslop is currently in a private meeting with AGCC representatives. The meeting should last until 12:30 GMT, after which it will be determined whether the public hearing will resume or it will be continued in private.
10:44 GMT - Hearing made private
The AGCC agreed to have the rest of the hearing in private with Full Tilt Poker representatives. In this private hearing it will be decided whether the adjournment request can be granted or not.
10:10 GMT - Full Tilt Poker requesting adjournement
According to a post on 2+2, Full Tilt Poker lawyers have submitted an application of adjournment. They mentioned that a public hearing is "not in the interest of justice" and they want a non public "in camera" hearing, the main reason being "confidential' issues which may harm 3rd party negotiations".
09:59 GMT - FTP owes AGCC £250,000
It appears that Full Tilt Poker owes AGCC £250,000 in fees. This money is said to be paid within 7 days. Full Tilt Poker wants to pay this fee only if there is a chance that they will get their license reinstated.
09:55 GMT - Hearing on a break
The hearing is now on a short break. AGCC is deciding whether to postpone the meeting and if this should take place privately instead of publicly as previously stated.
08:50 GMT - 10 Minutes to go
The hearing is set to start in just 10 minutes at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel in London and AGCC confirms once again that "electronic devices are not allowed in the hearing room".
08:40 GMT - More delay rumours
iGaming France went on to say on Twitter the following: "@igamingFrance: Exclusive: Full Tilt Poker will request an additional delay in order to finalize their negotiations with new investor."
08:30 GMT - Almost $1 billion in revenues
According to the European Regulatory Body, Full Tilt Poker had revenues of close to $1 billion last year, with the company paying dividends every year.

A post on 2+2 said that "CEO of ChiliPoker just reported on QJ radio that FTP is still in exclusive negotiations and that ARJEL has extended their period to allow the audit to continue and he expects AGCC to follow suit, so nothing new today from the AGCC....supposedly".
