maar als er ineens een politieman komt, en hij ziet mij aan het stuur, wat dan?

Dan rijdt die flik door want die gaat niet stoppen omdat er ne auto op de parking van de Carrefour rijdt. Tenzij er een 5-tal turken inzitten ofzo.

Zolang gij op privaat domein rijdt en toestemming hebt van de eigenaar is er geen probleem.

Heb je geen toestemming, zal je het domein moeten verlaten. (dus je vader rijdt dan)
Is het geen privaat domein: dan ben je nog zeker en vast niet jarig

Maak je een ongeval op dit terrein (vb iemand anders komt er ook op gereden en gij knalt ertegen): dan ben je ook nog niet jarig


Oplossing: rijdt op iemand zijn privédomein met zijn toestemming.
Parking van winkels zijn voor iedereen toegankelijk, dus ook veel meer risico

Zolang je geen stunts uitvoert en daar gewoon wat rondrijdt op zondagmiddag lijkt de kans me eerder klein dat de politie je zal komen controleren. Je kan ook een L op de ruit hangen achteraan, dan lijkt het nog minder verdacht ^^

En als er toch controle zou komen dan zou het mij sterk lijken mocht er (de eerste keer) veel meer van komen dan een waarschuwing. Maar ik kan mij vergissen natuurlijk.

Toen ik 14-15 jaar oud was nam mijn moeder mij af en toe eens mee om op de parking te rijden van shopping center de zondag, dan is het gesloten en heb ik alle plaats waardoor kans op accident zeer klein was.

Zonder rijbewijs op de openbare weg rijden is vragen om problemen natuurlijk.

wees blij dat ge al eens op de parking moogt rijden

Als je op straat wordt aangehouden: Rechtbank, boetes, en vergeet je rijbewijs dan maar voor je 21ste (mss zelfs 25ste). Maak je brokken (ongeval) dat wil je niet weten.

De parking van de Carrefour wordt in de meeste vallen als openbare weg beschouwd. (genoeg rechtspraak rond) Dit betekent dat je bijgevolg rijdt zonder rijbewijs, hetgeen resulteert in hetvolgende:

Artikel 30

§ 1. Met geldboete van 200 euro tot 2 000 euro (5,5), wordt gestraft hij die :

1° een motorvoertuig bestuurt zonder houder te zijn van het rijbewijs vereist voor het besturen van dit voertuig, of van het als zodanig geldend bewijs;

Je zal zoiezo gedagvaard worden. Voor dergelijke inbreuken is men logischerwijze niet mals. Eén raad, neem het risico niet.

Een parking, aanvankelijk voorbehouden voor het cliënteel van een grootwarenhuis, krijgt een algemeen publiek karakter wanneer iedereen er binnen mag en er geen controle wordt uitgeoefend om na te gaan of men al dan niet klant is. Dergelijke parking kan beschouwd worden als een weg die openstaat voor het voertuigenverkeer in het algemeen en is bijgevolg een openbare weg in de zin van artikel 1 Wegcode.

Een parking behoort tot de openbare weg, ongeacht aan wie hij toebehoort, als hij toegankelijk is voor en mag gebruikt worden door iedereen (eventueel mits betaling). De parking van een warenhuis, zelfs als het gelegen is op privéterrein en in principe voorbehouden aan de klanten (maar waar geen enkele controle wordt uitgeoefend op wie er feitelijk parkeert), is een openbare weg.

Ga op een prive terrein rijden maw. Niet op een openbare parking en zekers niet op de openbare weg.

nja wtf wie kijkt daarnaar, ik heb op industrieterrein waar af en toe ne auto kwam geoefend en in onze straat op en af toen ik 16 was.
