Niet echt een standpunt dat zou zijn "FDF werkt niet samen met NVA", nu roept hij op tot een CS tegen de NVA.


Soit het is natuurlijk puur om in de aandacht te komen want het FDF is volledig vergeten laatste jaren.

Best wel een frappante wijziging, vanaf 1 februari 2014 zijn domiciliëringen niet meer annuleerbaar via de bank maar moet je contact opnemen met de leverancier/schuldeiser om de domiciliëring te kunnen stopzetten.

Vanaf 1 februari 2014 moeten alle Belgische domiciliëringen omgezet zijn naar de Europese standaard. De belangrijkste wijziging die dat voor de consument meebrengt, is dat u vanaf dan u uw domiciliëringen niet meer via uw bank kan stopzetten maar dat u zich daarvoor tot de leverancier zelf moet wenden. Ook via PC banking zal u uw domiciliëringen dan niet meer kunnen beheren.

Dat betekent echter geenszins dat u hiervoor via de rechter zal moeten passeren. In principe moet een eenvoudig telefoontje naar de leverancier volstaan om een domiciliëringsopdracht stop te zetten. Voor de zekerheid kan u dat weliswaar best schriftelijk, eventueel zelfs aangetekend, nog eens bevestigen, maar sowieso is uw leverancier verplicht om een gewone domiciliëring stop te zetten als u daarom vraagt.

Verder willen we u erop wijzen dat u over een terugbetalingsrecht beschikt als u niet akkoord bent met een gedomicilieerde betaling. Na de betaling heeft u acht weken de tijd om de terugbetaling te eisen zonder motivatie. Binnen deze periode zal de terugbetaling sowieso uitgevoerd worden door de bank, en hoeft u zelfs niet te bewijzen dat er een fout is gebeurd. Let wel op: de terugstorting van een ingevorderde betaling betekent niet dat ook de onderliggende schuld uitdooft. Maar het geeft u wel de tijd om rustig naar een oplossing te zoeken met de schuldeiser.

Heeft u niet binnen de 8 weken gereageerd, dan heeft u nog tot 13 maanden na de transactie de tijd om de invordering te betwisten. De bank moet de terugstorting dan echter niet meer automatisch uitvoeren, maar enkel wanneer wordt aangetoond dat de betwisting terecht was. Dat kan u bijvoorbeeld aantonen door een akkoord met de leverancier of een vonnis van de rechtbank voor te leggen.
