Developed by Treyarch and Raven, Black Ops 6 is a spy action thriller set in the early 90s, a period of transition and upheaval in global politics, characterized by the end of the Cold War and the rise of the United States as a single superpower. With a mind-bending narrative, and unbound by the rules of engagement, this is signature Black Ops. The Black Ops 6 Campaign provides dynamic moment-to-moment gameplay that includes a variety of play spaces with blockbuster set pieces and action-packed moments, high-stakes heists and cloak-and-dagger spy activity.

In a best-in-class Multiplayer experience, players will test their skills across 16 new maps at launch, including 12 core 6v6 maps and 4 Strike maps that can be played two-versus-two or six-versus-six. Black Ops 6 also marks the epic return of Round-Based Zombies, the fan-favorite mode where players will take down hordes of the undead in two brand-new maps at launch.

Ben geen fan van die nieuwe moves. Heeft niets meer met een normale shooter te maken. Het sliden en jumpen is in MW3, bij momenten, er al over dus het zal nog erger worden in BO6.

After being imprisoned for over five years at a remote outpost in the Philippine Sea, the former members of Requiem stage a daring breakout. They are aided by the unexpected arrival of a mysterious Filipina smuggler and a former adversary. Unfortunately, their bid for freedom from Terminus Island coincides with another chaotic dimensional outbreak… Welcome to Black Ops 6 Zombies.

After two years battling undead outbreaks across the globe during the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War timeline, the CIA-led Requiem team finally succeeded in closing the last remaining dimensional portal, banishing its denizens back to the nightmarish hellscape known as the Dark Aether.

However, the team’s success came at a heavy price. Agent Samantha Maxis sacrificed herself to essentially seal this twisted dimension from the inside. Worse was to follow, as Requiem’s senior staff members were unceremoniously arrested on the orders of the Project Director—finally revealed to be none other than Edward Richtofen.

Taking place over half a decade later, Black Ops 6 Zombies continues the Dark Aether storyline, exploring the fortunes of key characters while also delving further into Richtofen’s motivations and goals.

During the intervening years, former Requiem staff—Grigori Weaver, Mackenzie “Mac” Carver, Elizabeth Grey, Oskar Strauss, and Stoney Maddox (better known by his callsign, Raptor One)—have been incarcerated at an outpost known as Terminus, a mysterious garrison located in the Philippine Sea.

After being imprisoned for over five years, these characters have undergone significant mental and physical changes.

Gisterenavond binnengehaald via Steam. Na 7 restarts en 3 crashes dan uiteindelijk toch aan het spelen geraakt, maar dit gaat het niet worden voor mij.

Ik zal wel gewoon oud aan het worden zijn, maar die movement voelt een beetje belachelijk aan.
