idd, die fspassengers zijn echt wel mietjes, tijdens een landing op Inverness in Schotland was het gewoon aan't regenen met een beetje wind, hebben die mannen al schrik...
Zichtbaarheid was ook laag, met wolken op 2000ft ofzo, maar 't is niet dat die landing moeilijk/gevaarlijk was ofzo

Nog plezanter is 's nachts vliegen, en zoals ik in't begin deed: op de kaart van de Benelux kijken en vertrekken vanop Brussels Airport ofzo naar een luchthaven ergens in Nederland op een uurke vliegen. Dan zie je een naam die bekend klinkt enz en besluit je daarnaartoe te vliegen. Zit je de laatste kilometers van't vliegveld af, blijkt dat het vliegveld niet meer is dan een verharde strook gras ofzo, zonder verlichting en dergelijke (of een verharde baan, en that's it)
Met een Cessna lukt dat nog, maar als de baan te kort is voor m'n Baron dan is het hopen dat de bomen ver genoeg staan

'k zie dat ge met de C172 vliegt, als beginner kun je ook de C182S kopen, die heeft een iets hogere snelheid

London is geen warzone, maar je bent waarschijnlijk te dicht bij Buckingham Palace gaan vliegen. Net zoals bv. het Witte Huis of ons Koninklijk Paleis is dat een no-fly-zone.
In het echt zul je natuurlijk wel niet neergeschoten worden maar je zal toch een hartig woordje mogen uitleggen. (tenzij je er echt constant blijft bovenvliegen, misschien dat ze je dan wel neerschieten ).

Waarom niet eens proberen met de airbus of als je die nog te moeilijk vind, zeker eens met de legacy vliegen of citation X. Zijn beide zeer leuk en leerzaam
Of speel je de "echte" FSP waarbij je eerst beetje moet sparen voor grotere vliegtuigen?

daar ergens rond is een schoon vliegveldje met een moeilijkere landing^^.
't is niet zo ver vliegen van Sint-Maarten, hij staat ook op FS Destinations

Als je de gps volgt zie je de runway te laat (alhoewel, met een Cessna zou't nog lukken) vermits de bergen in't verlengde van de runway staan. Die is wel eens plezant en duurt niet lang

Bij Sint-Barth, is het niet beter om van rechts, overzee te komen aanvliegen?
In het 2de filmpje kom je van links, van over die bergen. Rechts overzee kun je sneller beginnen dalen dacht ik (of staan er daar ook bergen, want 't is al een tijd geleden bij mij)

kheb al niet meer gevlogen sinds ik een jaar geleden gestopt ben met mij in FSX te verdiepen. en nu ik terugkwam ergens begin dit jaar, blijken de grootste sites ver zo goed als dood te zijn.

sinds de komst van FSX niks dan sites verdwenen, zoals iFDG, aiaardvark,..

Geen idee wat dat eigenlijk was met die descent. Volgens de charts moest ik boven FNT op FL180 zitten, en boven STORY op 10.000ft. Die 2 navigatiepunten liggen echter zodanig ver uit elkaar dat ik tussen FNT en STORY aan zo'n -250ft/min moest dalen...

Net mijn eerste vlucht met een 737 gemaakt.

M'n langste vlucht ooit
Het enige dat ik nog wat moet verbeteren is het landen, 'k wil ook met deze kist even zacht kunnen landen als met m'n B1900D.
Daarnaast vergeet ik op de grond telkens de muziek, dus dat zijn 2 dingen waar ik aan moet denken.

'k moet zeggen dat ik de FMS wel al onder de knie heb, eens je dat gewoon bent wil je niets anders meer
ILS-landings op autopilot lukken nog niet 100% met deze kist dus 'k heb maar manueel overgenomen en iets vlugger gedaald om gene missed approach te hebben.

Doordat autopilot mij op zo'n 100 meter links van de runway zou gezet hebben, op zo'n 5nm manueel verder gevlogen en dus ook manueel geland, waar ik zeeeeeeeeeeer tevreden over kan zijn.
